The planned community of Oak Valley in Gainesville features home sites of a half acre to 1 acre with almost every home backing to open spaces. Patriot Homes is building 24 single-family houses in this Prince William County community, where residents can make use of nearby soccer fields and tot lots.
Each home will include low-maintenance 6-inch beaded vinyl siding and a two-car garage. A three-car or side-entry garage is optional.
Inside, all 12 models include four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, 9-foot ceilings on the main level, a gas fireplace, hardwood flooring in the foyer and powder room, crown- and chair-rail moldings, an Internet-ready advanced home wiring system, a cathedral ceiling and luxury bath in the master suite and a plumbing rough-in for the lower level.
The homes range in size from 2,387 to 4,744 finished square feet, with base prices from $325,900 to $447,900.
The Molly Pitcher model, with 2,702 square feet, is priced from $342,900. This home features a two-story foyer flanked by the living room and dining room, each of which has decorative columns. At the rear of the home is a library, a powder room, a center-island kitchen and breakfast area, and a large family room. Optional additions to this level include a master suite and a sun room. Upstairs, the master bedroom features two walk-in closets, a sitting area, and a luxury bath with a corner soaking tub and separate shower. An alternate floor plan increases the size of the bathroom. Three additional bedrooms share a hall bath, and a laundry room is upstairs.
Options include a fifth bedroom, a finished lower level with a full bath, a home theater system, kitchen upgrades, and a computer network system.
