Carrhomes Inc. is building 29 traditional single-family homes on sites of 1 acre at Copper Creek in Oak Hill, just off West Ox Road.

Each home in this Fairfax County community will feature a brick front, steps and stoop; professional landscaping; an asphalt driveway; and a three-car side-entry garage.

Inside, all four models feature four bedrooms, 3 1/2 or 4 1/2 baths, 9-foot ceilings on the lower and main levels, a two-story foyer, six-panel doors and oak stairs. The homes also have hardwood flooring in the foyer, living room, dining room, kitchen and breakfast area; crown and chair-rail moldings, a gas fireplace in the family room, with a marble surround and hearth; 42-inch cabinets and granite counters in the kitchen; luxurious baths with cultured-marble vanity tops and ceramic-tile flooring; an oversized soaking tub and separate shower in the master bath; and gas-fueled heat and water heater.

The homes range in size from 3,414 to 4,485 finished square feet, with base prices from $664,990 to $749,990.

The Oakton model, with 3,933 square feet, is priced from $684,990. This home features a formal living room and formal dining room flanking the foyer, a library with double doors, a built-in china closet and butler's pantry off the dining room, and a dramatic space with 11-foot ceilings that encompasses a family room and a gourmet kitchen with a breakfast area. A fireplace separates the family room and kitchen.

Upstairs, the step-up master suite features a separate sitting room, two walk-in closets and two dressing areas. The second bedroom has a private bath, and the third and fourth bedrooms share a connecting bath.

Options include a finished lower level, sun-room additions and bay windows.
