Van Metre Homes is building 103 Victorian-style town homes with three finished levels at Cameron Station, a planned community in Alexandria. Plans for the development include a shuttle service to the Van Dorn Metro station, a community recreation center with a pool, shops and a park with a lake.

Each home will include a brick front, a brick stoop, beaded vinyl siding and a one-car garage.

Inside, all three models have three bedrooms, two full baths, two half baths, 9-foot ceilings on the first and second levels, crown and chair-rail moldings, vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace with a marble surround, ceramic tile flooring in the baths, hardwood flooring in the foyer and powder room, a master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower, gas heat and hot water, and Corian counters, 42-inch cabinets, a pantry and Jenn-Air appliances in the kitchen

The homes range in size from 2,505 to 2,862 finished square feet, with base prices from $385,400 to $415,400.

The James Blair model, with 2,862 finished square feet, is priced from $400,400. This home features a lower-level entrance adjacent to the garage, a recreation room, a game room with two walls of windows and a powder room. On the second level, the living room and dining room are defined by decorative columns, and a family room and sunroom are both open to the center-island kitchen. Upstairs, the master suite has a sitting room, a walk-in closet, and a luxury bath with two separate vanities, a corner soaking tub and a separate shower. Two additional rooms share a hall bath, and the laundry room is also upstairs.

Options include dividing the living room to add a library, a finished loft with a full bath, a deck, a patio, hardwood flooring and whirlpool tubs.
