Toll Bros. Inc. is building 223 single-family homes at the Estates at Woodcliffe Park in Boyds, each on one-fourth to one-third acre. Planned community recreational amenities include a pool and community center, tot lots and natural open areas.

Each home in this Montgomery County community will be built on a cul-de-sac and include a brick front, architectural shingle roofs with a 30-year warranty; professional landscaping; and a two-car garage.

The Columbia model, with 3,211 square feet, is priced from $429,975. This home features a turned staircase, a front study with an optional bay window, decorative columns that separate the formal living room and formal dining room, a generously sized kitchen and breakfast area, a laundry room with closet space off the garage, and a two-story sunken family room with a bay window, a fireplace, a rear staircase and optional skylights. Upstairs are four bedrooms and two full baths, including a master suite with a sitting area, a walk-in closet and a luxurious bath. An option for this model is a hexagonal library with a tray ceiling and decorative columns.

Options include sunrooms, greenhouses, extra fireplaces, skylights, cathedral ceilings, wet bars and whirlpool tubs.
