Inside, all 14 models feature three or four bedrooms, 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 baths, 9-foot and 10-foot ceilings, hardwood flooring in the foyer, a gas fireplace with a marble surround, 42-inch cabinets and upgraded appliances in the kitchen, a master bath with a soaking tub and a separate glass-enclosed shower, ceramic tile and tub/shower surrounds in all baths, and gas heat, cooking and hot water.

The homes range in size from 2,300 to 4,200 finished square feet, with base prices from $348,990 to $469,990.

The Raleigh II model, with 3,000 square feet, is priced from $426,990. This home features a two-story foyer with hardwood flooring and double doors to the library, a formal living room and formal dining room with decorative columns between them, a family room with 10-foot ceilings, a fireplace and windows on two sides, a center-island kitchen with a bay-windowed breakfast area and a pantry, and a laundry room off the garage. Upstairs, the master suite has a bedroom with a tray ceiling and an optional corner fireplace, a separate sitting room with an optional juice bar, two walk-in closets, and a bath with a soaking tub, a separate shower with a seat and two separate vanities. One bedroom has a private bath, while two others share a hall bath. Buyers can choose to place the laundry room upstairs by closing off part of the two-story foyer.
