Ryan Homes is building 126 traditional single-family houses on sites of one-fourth to one-half acre at Woodyard Estates in Upper Marlboro, where the homes will be placed on wooded sites along cul-de-sacs.

Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include a brick front, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, all seven models feature four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, hardwood flooring in the foyer, a fireplace, 9-foot ceilings on the main level, crown and chair-rail moldings, a formal living room, a formal dining room, a center-island kitchen with a breakfast area and a luxury master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower.

The homes range in size from 2,304 to 3,653 finished square feet, with base prices from $234,990 to $308,990.

The Waverly model, with 3,189 square feet, is priced from $282,990. This home features a two-story foyer with an adjacent study, a formal living room and a formal dining room with optional decorative columns between the rooms, a spacious kitchen and breakfast area with a pantry, a two-story family room with an optional fireplace and a second, rear staircase, and a laundry room off the garage.
