Drees Homes is building 62 town homes at the Pointe at South River Colony in Annapolis, a planned golf course community with a shopping center, tennis courts and swimming pools.

Each home in this Anne Arundel County community will include a brick front, a brick stoop, a partially fenced rear yard with brick corner piers, professional landscaping, a brick paver driveway and front walk, a deck, and a two-car garage.

Inside, both models include three bedrooms, two full and two half baths, 9-foot ceilings on all three levels, a gas fireplace in the recreation room with a painted wood mantel and a slate hearth and surround, hardwood flooring in the foyer, choice of ceramic tile or hardwood flooring in the kitchen and powder room, crown moldings, and 42-inch cabinets, upgraded appliances and granite or Corian counters in the center-island kitchen.

The home also features a master bath with two separate vanities, a corner soaking tub and separate shower; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 2,700 finished square feet, with base prices from $366,900 to $406,900.

The St. Michaels model, priced from $372,900 to $406,900, features a main-level foyer with a few steps to the open living room and dining room, a family room with a bay window and stairs to the upper level, a powder room, and a kitchen and breakfast area. Upstairs, the master suite has a bay window, a huge walk-in closet and a luxury bath. Two additional bedrooms share a hall bath, and a laundry room is conveniently located on this level. The lower level has an entrance to the garage, a recreation room with a bay window and a fireplace, a study, a powder room, and several storage closets.

Options include a two-level or three-level sunroom addition, room extensions and other upgrades.
