NVHomes is building 102 single-family houses on quarter-acre lots at Lansdowne on the Potomac in Leesburg, a resort-style community with a golf course, swimming pools, tennis courts, state-of-the-art telecommunications, and the Potomac Club community center, which includes a fitness center and business center.

Each home in this Loudoun County community will include a brick front, beaded siding, double-hung vinyl windows and a two-car garage. Side-entry and three-car garages are optional.

The Knightsbridge model, with 3,979 square feet, is priced from $564,990. This home features a two-story foyer with an angled staircase, a formal living room with columns, a formal dining room with a tray ceiling, a corner study with an adjacent powder room, a step-down family room with columns and a fireplace, and a large kitchen and breakfast area with a rear staircase to the upper level. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a sitting area, a tray ceiling, two walk-in closets and a bath with a tray ceiling, a corner soaking tub, two separate vanities and an oversized shower with a seat.

Options include a finished lower level with a recreation room, media room and home office, a morning room, a conservatory, room extensions, bay windows and a first-floor bedroom on some models.
