Maryland

Homestead Farm, 15600 Sugarland Road, Poolesville. 8 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday, 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Sunday. Call ahead for availability. Containers provided. 301/977-3761.


Virginia
Crooked Run Orchard, 37883 E. Main St., Purcellville. 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday, Sunday. A small fruit farm with a farm stand. PYO peaches and other PYO produce. Containers provided. No pets. 540/338-6642.
Great Country Farms, 18780 Foggy Bottoms Road, Bluemont. 9 a.m.-5 p.m. daily. Because of late frosts, only one variety of peach is available for PYO this season. Call ahead for availability. Williams Peach Manor Orchard, 13095 Marsh Road, Bealeton. 8 a.m.-7 p.m. daily. Peaches running ahead of schedule this year: August peaches will be available in late July.
