Brookfield Homes is building 40 homes on 1- to 1.69-acre lots at Pleasant View Estates in Centreville, not far from the Pleasant Valley Golf Club, Chantilly National Golf and Country Club, and Sully Plantation.

Each home in this Fairfax County community will have a brick front, 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping, a brick stoop and a side-entry two-car garage. Painted brick-and-stone facades and three- and four-car garages are optional.

A family foyer off the garage includes storage space and closets, and across the back of the house are multiple windows and French doors, a morning room, a center-island kitchen, and a two-story family room with a rear staircase to the upper and lower levels.

Upstairs, the master suite includes a sitting room; a wet bar; a large bedroom; a dressing area; two walk-in closets; and a bath with multiple windows, a tub and separate shower. Three more bedrooms, each with a bath, also are on this level, as are a laundry room and an open computer or play area.

Options include up to seven bedrooms, a loft, a sunroom, a wine cellar, a pool changing room with a steam room and sauna, a media room and an exercise room.
