Inside, all five models feature four bedrooms, 2 1/2- to 3 1/2 baths, hardwood flooring in the foyer, a 42-inch-wide oak staircase, crown and chair-rail moldings, ceramic floors and walls in all baths, a master bath with a tub and separate shower, and gas heat. The Tara model, with 4,642 square feet, is priced from $589,990. This home features a dramatic foyer with a double-arch over the hall and additional archways leading into nearby rooms. The main level includes a living room with lots of windows, a bay window around the main staircase, a corner library with an adjacent powder room, a formal dining room with two arched doors, and a two-story family room with a fireplace, a wall of windows and an arched entry from the hall.
