Washington Homes is building 35 single-family houses on sites of 10,000- to 15,000-square-feet at the Reserve at Ashland Estates in Manassas. Besides the parkland next to the community, residents will enjoy swimming, tennis, playgrounds and a community center. A future retail center is planned.

Each home in this Prince William County community will include low-maintenance vinyl siding, professional landscaping, a fully sodded yard and a two-car garage. Brick fronts are optional.

Inside, all six models feature four or five bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, hardwood flooring in the foyer and powder room, high ceilings on the main level, a family room fireplace, crown and chair-rail moldings, 42-inch cabinets and a built-in microwave in the center-island kitchen, ceramic tile tub and shower surrounds in the bathrooms, a master bath with a tub and separate shower, and gas heat and hot water.

A sunroom and morning room can expand the kitchen and family room.

Upstairs, the master suite has a sitting room defined by columns, a large bedroom, two walk-in closets and a bath with two separate vanities, a tub and a separate shower. Three additional bedrooms share a hall bath.

Options include a morning room, a finished lower level with a recreation room, den and bath, kitchen upgrades, a fifth bedroom and bay windows.
