All seven models include three to five bedrooms, 2 1/2 to 3 full and two half baths, 9-foot ceilings on the first floor, a masonry fireplace in the family room, an oak staircase, a deluxe interior trim package, 42-inch maple cabinets and Corian counters in the kitchen, a master bath with a tub and separate shower, high-tech wiring, a home security system, two-zone gas heating and gas hot water, and hardwood flooring in the foyer, powder room, kitchen and breakfast area.

The homes range in size from about 2,879 to 4,502 finished square feet, with base prices from $574,000 to $700,000.

The Randall model, with 4,066 square feet, is priced from $616,000. Across the back of the home are a kitchen and breakfast area with atrium windows on four sides. Nearby are a staircase, a mudroom, a two-story family room, a powder room, and a corner study.

Upstairs, the master suite has a tray ceiling, an angled bay window alcove sitting area, two walk-in closets and a bath. This level has a second bedroom with a private bath, two more bedrooms with a connecting bath, and a laundry room.
