Renaissance Housing Corp. is building 30 single-family homes from its Villa Collection on quarter-acre sites at Lake Manassas, where residents can enjoy 18 holes of golf in the Stonewall Golf Club, along with other resort-style amenities.

Each home in this Prince William County community will include three sides of brick, Hardiplank siding on the rear of the home, a patio, a brick or flagstone stoop, professional landscaping and a two-car garage. Stone and stucco facades are optional.



Inside, all three models feature three or four bedrooms, 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 baths, a first-floor master suite, 9-foot ceilings on the main and lower level, a family room fireplace, crown and chair rail moldings, 42-inch cabinets and Corian counters in the kitchen, a master bath with a tub and separate shower, ceramic flooring and tub surrounds in all baths, a first-floor laundry room and hardwood flooring in the foyer, hall, living room, dining room, kitchen and library.

The homes have from about 3,000 to 3,548 finished square feet, with base prices from $468,900 to $515,900.

The BayHill model, with 3,548 square feet, is priced from $515,900. This home features a foyer leading into a dramatic, octagonal two-story great room with a wall of windows leading to the patio.

At the front of the house is a library and powder room. Along one side is the master suite, which has a large bedroom with access to the patio, two walk-in closets and a bath with a corner tub, separate shower and two separate vanities. This level also has a dining room, a kitchen and breakfast nook with floor-to-ceiling windows framing the patio and a family room with access to the patio and a volume ceiling.

Upstairs are a loft, two full baths and three bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet.

Options include a finished lower level, additional fireplaces, high-tech wiring and other upgrades.
