Artery Homes is building 53 courtyard-style garage town homes at County Center in Woodbridge, a planned community with a swimming pool, tot lots, walking paths, a town green, a farmers market and a pavilion performance area.

Each home in this Prince William County community will include a brick front, maintenance-free siding, a fenced rear courtyard, professional landscaping and a detached two-car garage.

Inside, both models feature three or four bedrooms, 2½ baths, marble flooring in the foyer, 9-foot ceilings on all levels, volume ceilings on the second floor, crown and chair-rail moldings, 42-inch cabinets and pantry storage in the center-island kitchen, ceramic tile flooring in the master bath, and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 2,070 to 2,270 finished square feet, with base prices from $286,690 to $321,610.

The Stevenson model, with 2,270 square feet, is priced from $321,610. This model features a two-story foyer with a sweeping broad staircase, a formal living room, a formal dining room, and a corner library with an angled double-door entrance.

On the opposite side of the foyer are the family room, which has two walls of windows, and the open center-island kitchen, a powder room and a laundry room. Outside the kitchen and family room is a private courtyard and access to the two-car garage.

Upstairs, the master suite has a vaulted ceiling, a walk-in closet and a private bath with a double-sink vanity. Two more bedrooms with vaulted ceilings and one additional full bath complete this level.

Options include screened porches, morning rooms, a master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower, and a finished attic level with a loft, a bedroom, a bath, a home office and a deck.
