Drees Homes is building 90 two-story Colonial-style single-family homes at Prince William County Center in Woodbridge, a new planned community that will feature swimming pools, tennis courts, an amphitheater, a farmers market and walking trails.

Each home will include a brick foundation, maintenance-free vinyl siding, professional landscaping, a sodded lawn and a two-car garage. Some models include a brick front and 6-inch beaded vinyl siding.

Inside, all six models feature three or four bedrooms, 2 or 3½ baths, hardwood flooring in the foyer, 9-foot ceilings on the main and lower levels, a gas fireplace, crown and chair-rail moldings, 42-inch cabinets in the kitchen, vaulted ceilings, a master bath with a tub and separate shower, ceramic-tile flooring and tub and shower surrounds, and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 2,400 to 3,200 finished square feet, with base prices from $374,900 to $459,900.

The Walden model, with 3,000 square feet, is priced from $425,900 to $430,900. This home features a two-story foyer, a dining room with a tray ceiling and bay window, a study, a living room and a powder room. Across the back of the house are a two-story family room with a wall of windows, a fireplace and an optional media niche, and a large center-island kitchen and breakfast area. Adjacent to the kitchen are a laundry room and pantry.

Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in closet and a bath with a tub, separate shower and two vanities. Three additional bedrooms share a hall bath. This level can be expanded with two more bedrooms and a third full bath.

Options include a finished lower level, additional bedrooms and baths, cathedral ceilings and an upper-level game room.
