Rocky Gorge Homes is building 56 garage town homes at the Village at Town Center in Germantown, where residents have easy access to a library, banks, shops, restaurants, and classes and entertainment at the Black Rock Center for the Arts.

Each home in this Montgomery County community will feature a brick front, with end units including a brick end, a rear deck, professional landscaping and an attached, rear-entry two-car garage.

Inside, both models feature three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, 9-foot ceilings on all three levels, a finished recreation room, a first-floor family room, hardwood flooring in the foyer, six-panel interior doors, crown moldings, ceramic tile tub and shower surrounds, a master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower, gas heat and hot water, and 42-inch oak cabinets, recessed lighting and a built-in pantry in the center-island kitchen.

The homes have 2,000 finished square feet, and each model is base-priced from $240,990 to $270,990 depending on the building and elevation chosen.

The Astoria model has a finished recreation room, laundry room, storage rooms and an optional bath on the lower level. The main level features a formal living room and a formal dining room with decorative columns in between. To the rear of the home is the family room, which is open to the kitchen and breakfast area and includes a sliding glass door to the deck. Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in closet and bath, and two additional bedrooms share a hall bath. A laundry room can be located on this level.

Optional floor plans include a more extensive master suite with a dressing area, a coffee bar and additional closets in place of the third bedroom.

Other options include a loft with a bedroom and full bath, tray ceilings, fireplaces, bay windows and other upgrades.
