Beazer Homes is building 150 single-family homes and town homes at Brambleton, a Loudoun County planned community near Leesburg. Residents at Brambleton will enjoy state-of-the-art-telecommunications along with a golf course, a town center, swimming, tennis, ponds and walking trails.

Each home will feature a front porch, low-maintenance 6½-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage. Brick fronts are optional.

Inside, all seven models feature four bedrooms, 2½ or 3½ baths, 9-foot ceilings on the main and lower levels, hardwood flooring in the foyer, a gas fireplace, structured wiring, a three-piece rough-in for a lower-level bath, a master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower, and crown, shadow box and chair-rail moldings and oversized trim.

The homes range in size from 3,094 to 3,915 finished square feet, with base prices from $381,990 to $480,990.

The Coton model, with 3,915 square feet, is priced from $480,990. This home features a two-story foyer that opens onto the dining room, a living room, a powder room, and a corner library. The step-down family room includes archways and half walls to define the space, multiple windows and a fireplace. Adjacent is the breakfast area and center-island kitchen, which includes a desk, a butler's pantry and access to the laundry room and mudroom.

Upstairs, the master suite has a large bedroom with a tray ceiling, a sitting room with an optional fireplace, an optional coffee bar, two walk-in closets and a bath with a tray ceiling, soaking tub, separate shower and two separate vanities. The second bedroom has a private bath and walk-in closet, and the third and fourth bedrooms share a connecting bath.

Options include bay windows, additional fireplaces, built-in shelving and window seats, a sunroom, room extensions and a finished lower level with a recreation room, game room, media room, bedroom and bath.
