Richmond American Homes is building 330 single-family homes from its Heritage and Legacy Collections at Evergreen Meadows in Leesburg, where residents will enjoy a swimming pool and tennis courts.

Each home in this Loudoun County community will include low-maintenance vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage. Brick and stone fronts are optional, although homes in the Legacy collection will include a brick front.

Inside, all 10 models feature four or five bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, 9-foot ceilings on the main level, a center-island kitchen, Colonial-style six-panel doors, hardwood flooring in the foyer, a master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower, three-piece plumbing rough-in in the basement, and gas heat and hot water.

The Heritage homes range in size from 2,064 to 2,610 finished square feet, with base prices from $314,990 to $337,990. The Legacy Collection homes range in size from 2,490 to 3,164 finished square feet, with base prices from $363,990 to $386,990.

The Waterford II model, with 2,712 square feet, is priced from $372,990. This home features a two-story foyer, a library, a living room and dining room along one side of the home defined by decorative columns, a kitchen and breakfast room, and a family room with columns and three windows. Upstairs, the master suite has a double-door entrance, a sitting room with an optional fireplace, an oversized walk-in closet, and a bath with a corner soaking tub, separate shower and two separate vanities. Three additional bedrooms, two with walk-in closets, share a hall bath. A laundry room completes this level.

Options include a sunroom, a fifth bedroom, a finished lower level with a recreation room, den and full bath, room extensions, fireplaces, wet bars and bay windows.
