Location: The Drug Enforcement Administration Museum and Visitors Center is located at 700 Army Navy Drive in Arlington.
Directions: From the District, take Interstate 395 south across the 14th Street Bridge. Take Exit 9B (Route 1 south, Pentagon City). Take Route 1 to 15th Street. Turn right on 15th, then right on South Hayes. The museum is in an office building at the intersection of Army Navy Drive and South Hayes.
Hours: The museum is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Friday.
Admission: Free
Parking: Limited street parking is available. Parking is plentiful at the garage at the Fashion Centre at Pentagon City, one block from the museum.
Note: The museum is in a federal building, so be prepared for a complete security check. Visitors can make reservations so museum staff knows to expect them and will escort them to the museum. A small DEA gift shop is located in the museum. Because of images of drug abuse and crime, the museum is not recommended for small children.
