When Robert E. Simon began planning Reston in the 1960s, he envisioned a community where residents could walk everywhere to work, to play, to shop. While not all of Reston's neighborhoods have fulfilled this promise, the luxury town homes at Lakeport Way offer all these amenities, plus one that is even more important to many people: lakefront living.

Lakeport Way's homes present a serene facade of pale gray cedar siding punctuated with short driveways and attached garages, often with a round window or an arched window, a signature design feature of developer Warren Katz.

When the foliage is off the trees, the water becomes even more visible from the house.
