Washington Homes is building 77 single-family houses on lots about a quarter-acre in size at Dunbarton Hill in Mitchellville, where residents will enjoy a play area and walking trails. Nearby recreational amenities include the Sports Complex and Learning Center and Watkins Regional Park and Recreation Center.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a double-door entrance, a walk-in closet, and a bath with a corner tub, a double-sink vanity and a separate shower. This level has three additional bedrooms, a second full bath entered from the hall and the third bedroom, and a laundry room.
