Pulte Homes is building 115 three-level garage town homes at Gatestone in Silver Spring, just five minutes from the Beltway and one mile from the White Oak Shopping Center and the White Oak Golf Course.

Each home in this Montgomery County community will include a one- or two-car garage, vinyl siding, a landscaped and sodded yard, a wood privacy fence and low-maintenance aluminum trim. Homes with a two-car garage include a brick front.

Inside, all both models feature two or three bedrooms, 2½ baths, nine-foot ceilings on the main level, ceramic tile floors and tub surrounds in the baths, six-panel interior doors, hardwood floors and 42-inch cabinets in the kitchen, a master bath with a tub and separate shower, a finished lower-level recreation room, and crown and chair rail moldings.

The homes have about 1,835 to 1,911 finished square feet, with base prices from $272,900 to $305,900.

The Silverbrook model, with 1,835 square feet, is priced from $272,900. This home, which is 20 feet wide by 38 feet deep, has a one-car garage. The main level offers a choice of a front kitchen with a bay window breakfast nook or a rear, country-style kitchen with a breakfast nook and family room. Both models have a formal dining room and a living room. A deck and sunroom are optional.

Upstairs, buyers can choose between two master suites or a master suite with two secondary bedrooms. The master bedroom has a boxed ceiling, a walk-in closet, a dressing area and a master bath with a dual-sink vanity, a separate shower and a tub. A sitting room and deck are available options off the master suite.

Options include a three-level sunroom addition, fireplaces, room extensions, a basement-level bedroom and bath, box ceilings and other upgrades.
