The Hylton Group is building 123 single-family homes on sites of a quarter-acre at Southhampton in Dale City. Residents of this Prince William County community will have access to the many recreational amenities of Dale City, including a water park, ice skating rink and more.

Each home will include a painted foundation, eight-inch beaded vinyl siding, a sodded yard, a 25-year architectural shingle roof, and a two-car garage. Brick fronts and side-entry garages are optional.

Inside, all six models feature three or four bedrooms, 2½ baths, hardwood flooring in the foyer, nine-foot ceilings on the first floor, upgraded trim including two-piece crown mouldings, 42-inch oak-finish cabinets and recessed lighting in the kitchen, a security system, high-tech wiring and a master bath with a tub and separate shower.

The homes have about 1,525 to 2,300 finished square feet, with base prices from $255,400 to $275,900. The smallest model is a rambler-style home with a basement.

The Blake II model, with 2,240 square feet, is priced from $270,150. This home features a two-story foyer with decorative columns on one side, and an open living room and formal dining room defined by partial walls and columns. Across the back of the home is a fully open family room, a breakfast area and a large kitchen with a built-in desk. A powder room is nearby.

Upstairs, the master suite has a double-door entrance, an oversized bedroom, a large walk-in closet and a bath with a dual-sink vanity in addition to the tub and separate shower. Three more bedrooms, a full bath and a laundry room complete this level.

Options include room extensions, bay windows, fireplaces, decks, vaulted ceilings, a finished lower-level recreation room and study and other upgrades.
