Authors Tom and Debra Goodrich will speak about their book, "The Day Dixie Died The Southern Occupation of 1865-1866" at the meeting of the Sons of Confederate Veterans, Camp Maj. Gen. Isaac Ridgeway Trimble, at a 7:30 p.m. meeting at the Mount Ida Mansion in Ellicott City.
