Winchester Homes is building 70 Discovery Series town homes at Crofton Manor in Crofton, where buyers will be able to mix-and-match the floor plans to suit their individual needs.

Each home in this Anne Arundel County community will have a brick front and a one-car or two-car garage.

Inside, all homes feature two or three bedrooms, 2½ baths, 9-foot ceilings on the first floor, hardwood floors in the foyer and powder room, six-panel doors with brass handles, a deluxe moldings package, a walkout lower level with a finished recreation room with a gas fireplace and a three-piece plumbing rough-in, a ceramic tile master bath with a separate shower and soaking tub, cathedral ceilings in the master bedroom, a high technology wiring package, a home security system, a programmable thermostat, and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 1,770 to 1,870 finished square feet, with base prices from $250,000 to $280,000. The optional three-level addition adds 100 finished square feet.

The seven main-level floor plans available include an open living room and dining room, separate living and dining rooms, a family room, and multiple kitchen layouts and locations.

The six second-level floor plans have two master suites or three bedrooms, with a choice of a master "super" bath or sitting room if the three-level addition is chosen. The lower-level floor plans vary slightly.

There are 22-foot-wide end units with two-car garages available with a choice of three main-level and four upper-level floor plans.

Options include a three-level sunroom addition with a bonus room on the lower level, a sunroom on the main level and a master sitting room or super bath upstairs. Complete customization is available through Winchester Homes' "Your Home. Your Way" program.
