Beazer Homes is building 60 single-family houses on - to ⅓-acre lots at Ashbrook in Severn, within 20 minutes of historic Annapolis.

Each home in this Anne Arundel County community will include a traditional exterior, a copper roof on the front bay windows, 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage. Brick fronts are optional.

Inside, all six models feature four bedrooms, 2½ to 3½ baths, hardwood flooring in the foyer and powder room, a two-story foyer, crown and chair-rail moldings, a gas fireplace, 42-inch cabinets in the kitchen, volume ceilings in most master bedrooms, a master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower in most models, ceramic tile bathroom floors, and gas heat and hot water.

The Radcliffe model, with 2,813 square feet, is priced from $405,990. Across the rear of the first level are an open center-island kitchen, a breakfast area with bay windows and a two-story family room with a wall of windows and a fireplace.

Upstairs, the master suite has a large bedroom, two walk-in closets and a bath with a corner tub with windows on two sides, a separate shower, and two separate vanities. Three additional bedrooms share a hall bath, with an optional third bath available. An alternate second-floor plan converts the family room to one level and allows for a master sitting room.
