Basheer & Edgemoore is building 52 single-family homes on half-acre sites at Lansdowne on the Potomac, a planned community east of Leesburg with recreational amenities that include pools, tennis courts and a golf course.

Each home in this Loudoun County community will include a brick front, Hardiplank siding, a brick or stone stoop, distinctive exterior trim, a sodded lawn and a two-car or three-car side entry garage.
