Miller and Smith is building 70 town homes in the first section at Brambleton, a planned community in Loudoun County where residents can enjoy a golf course, park, basketball and tennis courts, a playground, swimming pool, recreation complex, hiking trails and high-speed Internet access.

Each home in the Magic Collection will be placed in a zigzag pattern so the homes have angled walls, wide rooms and large windows on three walls, and each will include low-maintenance vinyl siding, recessed garage doors and entry doors with brick details and dentil moldings, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, all three models feature three finished levels with three bedrooms; 2 or 2 baths; ceramic tile flooring in the foyer and powder room; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; a gas fireplace; 42-inch cabinets, an 8-foot center-island and buffet, triple sliding glass doors and a pantry in the kitchen; a master bath with ceramic tile flooring, a tub and separate shower; a high-tech wiring package; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 2,421 to 2,669 finished square feet, with base prices from $338,190 to $384,580.

The Houdini II model, with 2,669 square feet, is priced from $384,580. This home features a covered porch, a two-car garage, the foyer entrance, and an angled recreation room on the lower level.

The first floor features a Y-shaped great room with windows on three sides and a fireplace. The kitchen island separates this room from the kitchen. At the front of this level are a powder room and an entertaining room with two sets of windows.

Upstairs, the master suite has two walk-in closets and a bath with a tub, a separate shower and a dual-sink vanity. Two more bedrooms, a laundry room and another full bath complete this level.

Options include powder rooms, decks, lofts, built-ins, tray ceilings and extra fireplaces.
