Beazer Homes is building 28 single-family homes on quarter-acre homesites at Brooke Stream Manor in Purcellville, where residents can enjoy a location with mountain views yet be close to historic Leesburg.

Four 10-acre homesites also will be available in the development.

Each home in this Loudoun County community will include a brick foundation, 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car side-entry garage. Three-car garages and brick fronts are optional.

Inside, all four models feature four bedrooms; 2 or 3 baths; high ceilings on all three levels; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace in the family room; 42-inch oak cabinets and a double oven in the center-island kitchen; a master bath with ceramic-tile flooring, a tub and a separate shower; a high-tech wiring package; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 3,152 to 3,915 finished square feet, with base prices from the high $400,000s.

The Wyndham model, with 3,381 square feet, is priced from the high $400,000s. This home features a front porch and a two-story foyer flanked by the formal living room and the formal dining room. Across the back of the house are a library, a two-story family room, and a breakfast area and kitchen. A laundry room is adjacent to the kitchen.

Upstairs is the master suite with a tray ceiling and a separate sitting room with a tray ceiling; two walk-in closets; and a bath with a tub, a separate shower and two separate sinks. Three more bedrooms and another full bath complete this level.

Options include finished lower levels, sunrooms, bay windows, skylights and wet bars.
