Washington Homes is building 120 two-story, Colonial-style, single-family houses at Rose Valley Woods in Fort Washington, where residents can enjoy a location near the Tantallon Country Club and St. Charles Town Center.

Each home in this Prince George’s County community comes with a brick front, a lot of 10,000 to 23,000 square feet, professional landscaping and a two-car garage. A three-car garage is optional.

Inside, all nine models feature four or five bedrooms; 2 baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace; 42-inch cabinets in the center-island kitchen; an upgraded lighting package; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; and a full unfinished basement with a rough-in for a bath.

The homes have 2,497 to 3,433 finished square feet, with base prices from $355,990 to $415,990.

The Oregon model, with 2,840 square feet, is priced from $380,990. This home features a two-story foyer flanked by the formal living room and the formal dining room, a corner library with an adjacent powder room, and a central staircase to the upper and lower levels. The center-island kitchen and breakfast area opens onto the family room, which is defined by a half-wall. This level also has a laundry room linked to the garage.

Upstairs, the master suite has a separate sitting room, columns, two walk-in closets and a bath with a large tub, a separate shower and two separate sinks. Three more bedrooms and another full bath complete this level.
