Richmond American Homes is building 47 single-family houses at Monroe Estates in Warrenton, Va., where residents can enjoy a location close to Old Town Warrenton, several parks and a VRE station.

Inside, all seven models feature four or five bedrooms; two or 3 baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; 42-inch cabinets and a pantry in the center-island kitchen; a sitting room in the master suite; a master bath with ceramic-tile tub and shower surrounds, a tub and a separate shower; a three-piece rough-in for a lower level-bath; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 2,712 to 3,289 finished square feet, with base prices from $341,990 to $377,990.

The Monticello model, with 3,289 square feet, is priced from $377,990. This home features a two-story foyer with an adjacent library, a living room with partial walls separating the room from the dining room, a center-island kitchen and breakfast area and a family room with a gas fireplace.

Upstairs, the master suite has a sitting room; a walk-in closet; and a bath with a corner tub, a separate shower and two separate sinks. The second bedroom has a private bath; the third and fourth bedrooms share a connecting bath.
