HUNTSVILLE, Ala., Feb. 25 (UPI) — Four people were killed Tuesday when a man opened fire after an argument at a temporary employment office, authorities said.

A fifth victim was being treated for minor injuries at Huntsville Hospital following the shooting spree at a Labor Ready office in Huntsville.

Police said the gunman fled the scene and was believed to be holed up in a west Huntsville home, which police officers have surrounded.

"Officers responded to this house. He did fire shots at the officers," said Huntsville Police Department spokesman Wendell Johnson.

"We do have the suspect contained," he said.

Three people died at the scene of the shootings. A fourth person died at the hospital.
