Each home in this Montgomery County community will include a brick front and sides, a steeply pitched roof, Colonial-style panel shutters, professional landscaping, a sodded lawn and a three-car side-entry garage. Stone fronts are optional.

Inside, all five models feature four or five bedrooms; 3 or 4½ baths; high ceilings; hardwood flooring on the first floor; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; crown and chair-rail moldings; a wood-burning fireplace; a first-floor study; granite counters in the center-island kitchen; a master bath with a whirlpool tub and separate shower; and a sunroom.

The homes have 4,100 to 5,675 finished square feet, with base prices from $931,900 to $1,036,900.

The Kenwood II model, with 5,675 square feet, is priced from $1,036,900. This home features a dramatic two-story foyer with a circular staircase, an oversized living room, a formal dining room, a two-story family room with a deep bay window alcove surrounding the fireplace, a corner study with windows on two sides, and a center-island kitchen with a breakfast area and adjacent sunroom. This level also has a first-floor laundry, a pantry and a powder room.

Upstairs, the master suite has a separate sitting room with columns, a vaulted ceiling in the bedroom, two walk-in closets and a bath with two separate sinks, a whirlpool tub and a separate shower with a seat. Three more bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet and private bath, complete this level.
