Mitchell & Best Homebuilders is building 28-foot-wide town homes at Potomac Ridge in River Creek in Leesburg, a gated golf-course community with a yacht club, clubhouse, swimming, tennis and concierge services.

Each of the 41 town houses in this Loudoun County community will include a brick and/or stone front, a brick stoop, vinyl siding, a sodded lawn, a rear deck and a two- or three-car garage.

The main level has a library or optional living room, a powder room and a guest bedroom. Nearby are a gallery with a window seat, a dining room, a center-island kitchen and breakfast area, which has a box bay window, and a dramatic open family room with two bay windows and a corner fireplace.

Upstairs, the master suite has a separate sitting room, a bay window and optional deck off the bedroom, two walk-in closets and a bath with two separate sinks, a corner tub and a large shower with a seat. Two more bedrooms, a laundry room and another full bath complete this level.
