Patriot Homes is building six single-family homes at the Paddocks of Avondale in Haymarket, where each residence will be built on a 10-acre site.

Each home in this Prince William County community will include a brick front, 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, an exterior post lamp and a side-entry brick-front two-car garage.

Inside, all eight models feature four or five bedrooms, 3½ baths, hardwood flooring in the foyer and powder room, oak stairs, 9-foot ceilings on the main level, an upgraded trim package, a gas fireplace, 42-inch cabinets and Corian counters in the center-island kitchen, a volume ceiling in the master bedroom, a master bath with a tub and separate shower, ceramic-tile flooring, a structured wiring package, a rough-in for a lower-level bath, and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 3,067 to 4,744 finished square feet, with base prices from $634,900 to $714,900.

The Barrington Manor model, with 4,744 square feet, is priced from $714,900. This home features a two-story foyer with a dramatic curving staircase, a sunken living room with decorative columns and windows on two sides, a formal dining room, a corner library and a sunken family room. The large breakfast area adjacent to the center-island kitchen offers access to a rear staircase, and the kitchen includes a walk-in pantry and a "home center" for computers and family belongings. Nearby are the laundry room and garage.

Upstairs, the master suite has a separate sitting room with windows on two sides, a walk-in closet and a bath with a large tub, a separate shower and two sinks. Three more bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet and a shared or private full bath, complete this level.

Options include a sunroom, a finished lower level, a three-car garage, extra fireplaces, extra bathrooms, a first-floor master suite and rear staircases.
