Beazer Homes is building 30 single-family homes on lots a quarter-acre in size or larger at Eaglehead on the Lakes in New Market, where residents can enjoy four lakes with beaches, three swimming pools, tennis courts, clubs and nature trails.

Each home in this Frederick County community will include a traditional design with 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage. Brick fronts are optional.

Inside, all six models feature four bedrooms; 2 or 3 baths; hardwood flooring in the two-story foyer and powder room; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; three-piece crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace; 42-inch oak raised-panel cabinets in the center-island kitchen; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; ceramic tile flooring and tub surrounds in the master and hall baths; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 2,696 to 3,409 finished square feet and base prices from $390,990 to $430,990.

The Calvert model, with 2,696 square feet, is priced from $390,990. This home features a library off the two-story foyer, an open living room and dining room defined by partial walls, a step-down family room with two walls of windows and a fireplace, and an open center-island kitchen and breakfast area with a pantry. The main level also includes a powder room and a laundry room off the garage.

Upstairs, the master suite has a volume ceiling, a walk-in closet with built-in shelving and a bath with an oversized corner tub, a separate shower and two sinks. Three more bedrooms and another full bath complete this level.

Options include finished lower levels with recreation rooms, sunrooms, bay windows, skylights, sitting rooms, room extensions, additional bedrooms and upgraded kitchens.
