Mid-Atlantic Builders is constructing 50 single-family homes on quarter-acre sites at Ashleigh in Bowie, where residents can enjoy a location near several golf courses and the Six Flags America amusement park in Largo.

Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include a brick front, aluminum side and rear siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage with insulated steel doors.

Inside, all seven models feature four bedrooms, 2 baths, hardwood flooring in the foyer, oak stairs, 9-foot ceilings on the main and lower levels, crown and chair-rail moldings, a gas fireplace, 42-inch cabinets in the center-island kitchen, ceramic tile flooring and walls in all baths, a master bath with a tub and separate shower, recessed lighting, and gas heat.

The homes have 2,720 to 3,450 finished square feet, with base prices from $395,990 to $426,990.

The Windsor model, with 3,030 square feet, is priced from $402,990. This home features a two-story foyer, a study with a double-door entrance, decorative columns that define the living room and dining room, a center-island kitchen and breakfast area, and a step-down family room with a wall of windows and a fireplace.

Upstairs, the master suite has a vaulted ceiling and a step-up sitting area with a flat ceiling, two walk-in closets, and a bath with a large tub, a separate shower and a double-sink vanity. Three more bedrooms, a laundry room and another full bath with a double-sink vanity complete this level.

Options include finished lower levels, sunrooms, morning rooms, a rear porch, a spa bath upgrade in the master suite, and an entertainment area in the master sitting area.
