LONDON, March 25 (UPI) — Britain's Prime Minister Tony Blair announced he will visit Washington Wednesday to meet with President George W. Bush where the two leaders are expected to discuss the war in Iraq.

A statement released on Tuesday by the prime minister's office said the Blair would be traveling to the American presidential retreat at Camp David in suburban Maryland for talks with Bush, followed by a meeting with United Nations Secretary General, Kofi Anan, in New York the following day.

The note from No. 10 Downing Street stated that Blair would be traveling to Washington Wednesday lunchtime and return overnight by Thursday, March 27, arriving back in the U.K early Friday morning.
