Beazer Homes is building 80 single-family homes and 86 town houses at Stone Ridge, a planned community in Loudoun County just west of Chantilly, where residents will enjoy the Stone Ridge Recreation Complex, nature trails and outdoor swimming pools.

Each single-family home will include a brick front, 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, all seven models feature four bedrooms, 2 or 3½ baths, high ceilings on all three levels, stained oak railings with white pickets, six-panel Colonial-style doors, 42-inch cabinets in the center-island kitchen, and a master bath with a tub and separate shower.

The homes have 2,657 to 3,915 finished square feet, with base prices from $394,990 to $485,990.

The Coton model, with 3,915 square feet, is priced from $485,990. This home features a two-story foyer flanked by the formal living room and formal dining room, a corner library with an adjacent powder room, and a center-island kitchen with a breakfast area and pantry. The step-down family room features a gas fireplace and a wall of windows and can be expanded with a room extension and more windows. Near the kitchen is a combined laundry room, storage room and mudroom.

Upstairs, the master suite has a tray ceiling, a sitting room, two walk-in closets and a bath with a tray ceiling, a corner tub, a separate shower with a seat, and two sinks. The master bedroom can include a fireplace or cafe bar. Three more bedrooms, each with a private or connecting bath, complete this level.
