Crescent Heights is building 624 condominium homes at the Gates of McLean gated community in Fairfax County, where residents can enjoy an outdoor sports court and fitness trail and a two-story clubhouse with a social room, coffee bar, DVD theater, business and conference center, fitness center, sauna and locker rooms, plus a swimming pool, sun deck and picnic area.

The Christine model, with 1,245 square feet, carries a base price of $349,900. This home features a ceramic-tile entrance foyer, a formal living room with three windows, a formal dining room with a sliding glass door to the balcony or patio and an open kitchen with an adjacent laundry room.

The master suite has a walk-in closet and a private bath, plus access to the balcony. Two additional bedrooms have walk-in closets and share a full bath with a double-bowl vanity.
