Craftstar Homes is building 240 garage town homes with three finished levels at River Oaks in Woodbridge where residents can enjoy a community center with a swimming pool, tennis courts, walking trails and tot lots.

Each home in this Prince William County community will include midlevel entry stairs with stone accents, Colonial-style panel shutters, vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage. Brick and stone fronts are optional.

Inside, each home features three or four bedrooms; three or 4 baths; ceramic-tile flooring in the foyer; 9-foot ceilings on the main and lower levels; crown moldings; 42-inch cabinets, a pantry, a breakfast bar and white-on-white appliances in the kitchen; ceramic-tile tub and shower surrounds; a high-tech wiring package; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 2,200 finished square feet, with base prices from the mid- to high $200,000s.

The Arlington model features an open floor plan with a living room at the front of the house, a central dining room and a rear family room open to the kitchen and breakfast bar. An optional fireplace can be added to the family room.

Upstairs, the master suite has a vaulted ceiling, a walk-in closet and a private bath with double-sink vanity. An optional bath upgrade includes a tub and separate shower. Two more bedrooms, one with a walk-in closet, another full bath and a laundry room complete this level.

The finished lower level has a recreation room with a door to the back yard, with an optional bath and optional fireplace.
