Rocky Gorge Homes is building 157 homes at Fairwood in Bowie, including town homes and manor homes. Recreational amenities at Fairwood include swimming pools, tennis courts, walking trails and more than 350 acres of open space.

Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include a brick front and brick sides, 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping, a sodded lawn and a rear-entry two-car garage.

Upstairs, the master suite has two walk-in closets and a bath with a large tub, a separate shower and a double-sink vanity. This level has two more bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet, another full bath, a laundry room and a computer loft or optional master-suite sitting room.
