Ryan Homes is building 85 single-family homes at Dunbarton Hill in Mitchellville, where residents can enjoy walking paths and tot lots. The builder will contribute $8,000 toward closing costs when a designated lender is used.

Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include a brick front, beaded vinyl siding, a post lamp, professional landscaping with a sodded lawn and a two-car garage.

Inside, all seven models feature four bedrooms, two to 3 baths, hardwood flooring or ceramic-tile flooring in the foyer and powder room, 9-foot ceilings on the main level, crown and chair-rail moldings, a gas fireplace, 42-inch cabinets and upgraded appliances in the center-island kitchen, ceramic tile flooring in all full baths, a master bath with a tub and separate shower and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 2,500 to 3,200 finished square feet, with base prices from $407,900 to $437,900.

The Avalon model, with 2,900 square feet, is priced from $435,900. This home features a two-story foyer, a formal living room, a formal dining room, a powder room and a corner study or optional first-floor bedroom. The central family room has a fireplace flanked by two windows on each side, and it opens onto the breakfast area and center-island kitchen. A walk-in pantry, a laundry room and an extra closet off the garage complete this level.

Upstairs, the master suite has a separate sitting area, decorative columns, a cathedral ceiling, a walk-in closet and a bath with a corner tub, a separate shower and a double-sink vanity.
