Craftmark Homes is building 31 single-family homes on 1-, 3- and 10-acre sites at the Reserve at Oatlands in Leesburg, where the builder is offering buyers $10,000 toward closing costs with the use of a particular lender and title company.

Each home in this Loudoun County community will include a brick stoop, Colonial-style panel shutters, 6-inch vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two- or three-car garage. Brick and stone fronts are optional.

Inside, all 10 models feature four or five bedrooms; 3 baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer, living room and dining room; oak stairs; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; crown and chair-rail moldings; a ceiling medallion; a wood-burning fireplace; 42-inch cabinets in the center-island kitchen; a luxury master bath with ceramic tile flooring, a tub and separate shower; a high-tech wiring package; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 3,466 to 5,675 finished square feet, with base prices from $621,900 to $737,900.

The Kenwood model, with 5,000 square feet, is priced from $705,900. This home features a two-story foyer with a dramatic curving staircase, a formal living room, a formal dining room with a swinging door to the kitchen, a first-floor study and an open two-story family room. A mudroom with a closet links the garage and the center-island kitchen.

Upstairs, the master suite has a large bedroom; a sitting room with columns; two walk-in closets; and a bath with a tub, a separate shower and two vanities. This level also has a laundry room and three more bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet and a shared or private full bath.
