Drees Homes is building 59 single-family houses at the Parks at Piedmont in Haymarket, where residents can enjoy a recreation center with an athletic club, swimming pool, lighted tennis courts, walking trails, pocket parks and a Tom Fazio-designed golf course.

Each home in this Prince William County community will include a brick front or brick foundation, maintenance-free 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping, a sodded lawn and a two-car garage.

Inside, all six models feature three or four bedrooms, 2 or 3 baths, hardwood flooring in the foyer, 9-foot ceilings on the lower and main levels, crown and chair-rail moldings, a gas fireplace, 42-inch cabinets in the center-island kitchen, ceramic tile flooring in all baths, a master bath with a tub and separate shower, a three-piece rough-in for a lower-level bath, a high-tech wiring package and gas heat and hot water. Four models also have hardwood flooring and granite kitchen counters.

The homes have 2,424 to 3,154 finished square feet, with base prices from $369,950 to $445,950.

The Sinclair model, with 3,154 square feet, is priced from $440,950. This home features a two-story foyer flanked by the living room and dining room; a central staircase; a corner library; a center-island kitchen and breakfast nook; a laundry room off the garage; and a two-story family room with a wall of windows, a fireplace and a built-in media niche.

Upstairs, the master suite has two walk-in closets and a bath with a tub, a separate shower and two separate sinks. Three more bedrooms, each with a private or connecting bath, complete this level.
