Winchester Homes is building 30 town houses with three finished levels at Georgia Square in Wheaton, a half-mile from the Wheaton Metro stop and within walking distance of shops and restaurants.

Each home in this Montgomery County community will include a brick front, a brick stoop, 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, a rear balcony, professional landscaping and a two-car rear-entry garage.

Inside, each house features two or three bedrooms; 2 baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer and powder room; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; tray and vaulted ceilings in the bedrooms; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace; 42-inch cabinets and Corian counters in the kitchen; a master bath with ceramic tile flooring, a tub and separate shower; a lower-level recreation room; a high-tech wiring package; a home security system; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 1,820 finished square feet, with base prices from $434,000 to $475,000.

Buyers can choose among four main-level floor plans in the Metropolitan Series, including one with a completely open living room and open country kitchen with a center island, and another with a country kitchen and a formal dining room with a separate living room. Buyers can choose a three-bedroom upstairs plan that includes a master suite with a walk-in closet and bath with a tub, separate shower and double-sink vanity. Two more bedrooms, a laundry room and another full bath complete this level. An alternate floor plan features dual master suites.
