Beazer Homes is building 55 single-family homes at Glenkirk in Gainesville, Va., where residents can enjoy a community pool, a clubhouse, nature trails, biking trails and a playground. A Virginia Railway Express station and Bull Run Regional Park are nearby.

Each home in this Prince William County community will include low-maintenance 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping, a fully sodded lawn and a two-car garage. Brick and stone fronts are optional.

Inside, all 10 models feature four or five bedrooms; 2 baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer; volume ceilings on the main level; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace; 42-inch cabinets in the center-island kitchen; ceramic tile flooring in all baths; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; a high-tech wiring package; a three-piece rough-in for a lower-level bath; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 2,217 to 3,076 finished square feet, with base prices from $350,990 to $425,990.

The Prescott model, with 2,689 square feet, is priced from $383,990 to $390,990. This home features a two-story foyer, a library with optional built-ins, a formal living room and formal dining room defined by columns, a center-island kitchen and breakfast area, and a step-down two-story family room with a sliding glass door.

Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in closet and a bath with a tub, a separate shower and a dual-sink vanity. Three more bedrooms, another full bath and a laundry room complete this level.

The upper level can be modified with a master sitting room over a one-story foyer, skylights in the master bath and volume ceilings.
