The Hylton Group is building 200 traditional Colonial-style single-family homes at Ridgefield Estates in Woodbridge, where the homes will be built on half-acre lots. For a limited time, the builder is including a finished recreation room with each home.

Each home in this Prince William County community will include a brick front, 8-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping, a sodded yard and a two-car garage.

Inside, all five models feature four bedrooms; 2 baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace; 42-inch cabinets in the kitchen; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; ceramic tile flooring and tub-and-shower surrounds in all full baths; a high-tech wiring package; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 2,652 to 3,439 finished square feet, with base prices from $484,990 to $529,590.

The Cambridge model, with 3,439 square feet, is priced from $524,990 to $529,590. This home features a study with a double-door entrance off the foyer, and a living room and formal dining room separated by partial walls and columns with an optional set of doors. The casual section of the main level has an open floor plan. This level also has a powder room and a laundry room.

Upstairs, the master suite has an optional sitting room, an optional tray ceiling, two walk-in closets and a bath with a tub, a separate shower and a dual-sink vanity. Three more bedrooms, each with two closets or a walk-in closet, and another full bath complete this level. The second bedroom includes a window seat.
