Washington Homes is building 160 single-family homes at Winshire Estates in Upper Marlboro on wooded homesites, where residents can enjoy a jogging and walking path and a location close to Six Flags America, the Prince George’s Equestrian Center and the Sports and Learning Complex.

Each home in this Prince George’s County community will be built on a site of a quarter acre to half an acre and will include vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage. Brick fronts are optional.

Inside, all seven models feature four bedrooms; 2 baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; 42-inch cabinets in the center-island kitchen; and a master bath with a tub and separate shower.

The homes have from 2,282 to 3,191 finished square feet, with base prices from the $300,000s to the $350,000s.

The Delaware model, with 2,658 square feet, features an open foyer with optional columns and a formal living room and a formal dining room on either side of the foyer, each with an optional bay window.

Across the back of this level are a library with an adjacent powder room, a two-story family room with an optional fireplace, and a center-island kitchen with a sliding glass door to the back yard, a pantry and a built-in desk, plus a door to the garage.

Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in closet and a bath with a corner tub, a separate shower and a dual-sink vanity. Options on this bedroom include a fireplace or second closet and a vaulted ceiling. Three more bedrooms, a laundry room and another full bath complete this level.
